Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the Sage Water Users Association
will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 – 7 p.m.
The meeting will be held in the Basement of the Sage Creek Community Church located at 6160 Murr Road. The SWUA Articles of Incorporation require a quorum consisting of a minimum of 25 members present, and/or have on hand a proxy for member’s votes; the sum of the two must be 25 or more.
If you’ll attend in person, please RSVP to contact@sagewater.org as we need to control the number of attendees.
You may request copies of the meeting packet via email contact@sagewater.org the week prior to the meeting.
Each homeowner is encouraged to attend, but you may proxy your vote to a board member or another person if you cannot attend. Your attendance is important (we need 25 owners to constitute a quorum) to the continued operation of our water system.
Water Quality Report
The annual Water Quality Report was mailed out on June 29, 2020. You should have received your's in the mail. This report advises consumer on the chemical content and safty of the water provided to use by Mid-Colorado Investment, Inc.

New Rates Effective July 2020
New rates will go into effect for water usage in July 2020.
New Customer Charge: $11.98 per month
New Water Charge: $4.71 per ccf
The Maintenance Fee, of $20.00 per month will not change.

Board Meetings
Board meetings are scheduled for 7 PM,
the 3rd Tuesday of every other month at the Sagecreek Church.
Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept & Nov.
The church is located at 6160 Murr Road.
